Where does EHG ship to? 

  • At this point in time, EHG only ships to Australia 🇦🇺. However, we are working with our suppliers to get international shipping up and running soon! 

Why do I have a maximum of 10 items limit on my cart? 

  • To keep shipping prices low, EHG currently only allows a maximum of 10 items per cart transaction. If you would like to purchase more than 10 items, please start a new transaction.

Please note: If two transactions are ordered within the same day, there should only be a 1-4 day difference in delivery times. But this cannot be guaranteed, so for certainty, please contact us at: encounterhisglory@gmail.com

What are the shipping prices?

  • Shipping prices are based on how many items are in a cart, with 1-5 items having a $5 shipping rate to anywhere in AUSTRALIA ONLY, and 6-10 items having a $10 shipping rate. 

When will my items arrive? 

  • AUSTRALIA: Please allow up to 16 days for your order to arrive. The average arrival time is 10 days, however, operational set backs do occur so please keep that in mind. 

Why don't you have express shipping? 

  • Unfortunately at this point in time EHG cannot offer express shipping as the cost from our supplier is exorbitant and at EHG we aim to keep the prices as low as possible. 

Can I refund or replace my items? 

  1. CHANGE OF MIND: Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or replacements for change of mind orders as each item is specifically made for every order. If you no longer want your items, please consider donating it to the less fortunate or charities to continue the spread of the gospel in whatever way possible and reduce waste. 
  2. FAULTY: As per the Australian Consumer Law, customers of EHG are entitled to a refund or replacement of any item that is not fit for it's intended use or purpose or is not of an acceptable quality.* Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

*Please note: Misuse by the consumer, which includes but is not limited to, washing the goods outside of the recommended methods (bleaching etc), using the item for purposes other than wearing it, or intentionally destroying the goods, will not give rise to a refund or replacement by EHG as the item will be considered to have been delivered in an acceptable quality and for it's intended purposes.
